Before you purchase
Review each product’s description, delivery method, license restrictions and total price before checkout. Physical merchandise, digital downloads, custom creative services and third-party products may have different fulfillment and return rules. We will identify material restrictions in the offer or checkout whenever applicable.
Problems with an order
If a purchased item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing or not delivered as described, contact contact@absolutezerorecords.com with your order number, the item, and a description of the issue. Do not send complete payment card details. We will review the issue and provide a remedy as required by applicable law and the terms of the transaction.
Physical items
Do not send items back without contacting us for return instructions. Returned items may need to be in their original condition unless a fault or applicable law permits otherwise. Eligibility, shipping arrangements and any refund will depend on the item and applicable legal rights.
Digital music and services
Digital downloads, streamed content, personalized work and completed creative services may have different cancellation or refund rules, especially after delivery or use. Any nonrefundable terms must be properly disclosed and remain subject to applicable law. Merely contacting us about a project does not create a purchase or service contract.
Refund timing
Once an eligible refund is approved, processing depends on the payment provider and original payment method. We will communicate the next steps directly rather than guarantee an unsupported processing time.
